Concrete domain support in concept visualization

Snow Owl supports the addition of 3 types of concrete domains to the concept model and the concept definition:

• decimals
• strings
• booleans

The compositional grammar expression and the diagrammatic visualization of the concept is now capable of displaying these concrete domain elements both if they are directly on the concept, or are added onto a relationship attribute. The concrete domain attribute type is presented with salmon color, whereas the value is mint green - this makes it easier to differentiate from regular relationship attributes where the target is a SNOMED CT concept. As the concrete domain attribute types are not represented as concepts - they are only present in a concrete domain reference set - this reference set ID is used throughout the expression and in the diagram when hovering over the attribute.
